  1. Hey Kelsey!
Really loved the brightness in all of your pictures. Every single one captured my eye at different times. I think my favorite would have to be #11. I don't know if the light was broken or if you just happened to capture the picture at the absolute perfect time but the brightness of the two colors contrasting each other really make it pop. Good job!

  2. Hey Kelsey. I really like photo 8. I'm not sure if all that green came from reflection, lighting or enhancement with app filters but, its a great exploration of color, particularly varying shades. I think this is your POW.

  3. I would have to say your POW is number 3. I like that there are two very bight, prominent colors clearly focused against white in the photo. As a suggestion, for number 5, to capture the colors of your clothes, try using a brighter light to bring them out more. Also, I feel like the angles on the picture are not doing them justice, and try making the focal point straight across.

  4. I like how each of your photos showcase different colors than the other photos, and some of your photos have just one bright color that catches the attention of the viewer. I like the mystery of photo 3, it makes me wonder what you are drawing. I think your POW is 9 because of the vibrant red and green colors on the rose.

  5. Hey Kelsey! Really cool pictures this week. I love the vibrant colors that are consistent throughout your collection of photos. I really like photo number 3 called Hand. It definitely creates a sense of mystery and makes me wonder what you are going to draw on the page. I also like how you didn't just choose any pen, I like how it is purple which adds a pop of color to image. I would have to say that your POW is photo 12, Laser. I love the the streaks of bright colors throughout the image. It is really interesting how the bright chaotic colors are somehow arranged in a structured manner. I like how the colors aren't just a big blur of colors. Each color remains in its own row, separately from the other colors. I think this is really interesting to look at.

  6. Pow: 3. that pictures is the most interesting. I like how it is captured mid drawing. It creates the suspense on the ending but at the same time you know the ending. Great usage of colors.

  7. Hi Kelsey! You have some great pictures here but two that really caught my eye were #3 and #8. I like that the light caused so much green. I agree with Michael in wondering if all of the light came from that particular light or if there was editing involved. Either way, I think the picture turned out well and I really enjoy it.

I think your POW is #3. I absolutely love the picture quality of it and I think the saturation in the picture brings out a great amount of color. The picture being taken while the object is being drawn adds a lot of mystery to the picture, too. I find myself wondering if maybe it's a heart being drawn, maybe a foot of a cartoon character, or what! But I really like the mystery behind it and the saturation of the colors is great.

  8. I think your pow is 10. This photo has a lot of mystery for me. I think that even though you can tell it is a stage the pattern in the background makes me wonder what is happening in the photo. I also really like 6. This has a great pattern and cool colors.

  9. Your POW is number 8. I really like how you staged the shot and used a green lightbulb as opposed to changing the photograph by adding a green filter after you already took the shot. I also like your photograph of the stoplight, I saw that on campus and also wanted to get a picture of it.
