I think your POW for me is photo 13. It is a pretty simple shot but it shows a lot of mystery still. The framing and position in this is great. Even though the use of the slow shutter speed is slight I think it really does show the extended seeing theme. I also think that 8 is pretty cool. I cant really tell what I am looking at which really makes the photo more interesting to me.
I think you have a good selection of photos here. I like your panoramas in photos 2 and 4. I love the curve in the picture for photo #2 with the stuffed animals. It adds something to the picture that I assume isn't there naturally. Photo #4 is great because it adds a lot of depth to the hallway. I like the feet at the bottom to show the point of view. I can feel my head lifting from my feet to right ahead.
Hi Michael! I think that a lot of your self portraits are fun and you were able to present your personality within them. Sp1 and number 13 are my favorites. You did a good job playing with slow shutter in these. The first one showed larger variation in movement whereas 13 is slight but still interesting. POW for me is self portrait 1.
Your self portraits really show that you understood the assignment and also show that you had some fun with it. I really liked number 8 because I don't know what it is and it had me keep looking at it and finding something new with it everytime I looked. I would say that your POW would be number 4. The panoramic shot that you captured makes it look like your hallway goes on and on. Good job!
Good pictures Michael! My favorites are #16, 5, and 4. $ does a great job of adding depth to the picture and extending the audiences view. I like #4 because although the goldfish is just one element it really feels like all the surroundings are fading away making it the focal point. I would pick # 1o as POW because of the clarity and vibrant colors. This is also another photo of yours which does a great job od adding depth.
Pow: 13 That picture convey a lot of emotion and you managed to capture that in a picture. The movement and form conveys your message. You seem to connect a lot to nature, and colors. You seem to have a lot of fun with the assignment and seemed to have a deeper understanding to connect it with your facial movements. overall you did a great job.
